Thank you for your interest in applying to St John’s D.S.G. Please follow the instructions below carefully to submit an application:

The application process involves three stages, with our Admissions Secretary guiding you via email in between each stage. Further information is detailed below.
It is not ideal to apply using your cellphone, but rather a device where you can view the full application screen.
Use standard lowercase text, e.g. Jane Smith, not JANE SMITH when completing the entire application form.
All sections of the application form must be completed.
Click on both tabs for parents’ and pupil’s details when applying.
You must enter the correct grade and year you are applying for when completing the application.
A non-refundable application fee of R800 is required once you have submitted the application and the proof will be requested later in the application process.

SCHOLARSHIPS/BURSARIES: Please note that we do not offer any Scholarships or Bursaries. Please refer to our website for details regarding Financial Assistance, which is only applicable for entry in Grade 8.

Let's Begin!

Stage 1:

Click on the link to start the application process. You will be required to enter your ID number, email address and cell phone number. VERY IMPORTANT – only do this once, i.e. do not enter the same details multiple times.

START YOUR APPLICATION

Stage 2:

Once you have submitted the first section of your application form you will receive an email to continue the application process that will look like this:

Click on Continue Application and follow the prompts in the emails you will receive.

In agreeing to the Clauses, you will receive an email to confirm your acceptance.
Complete the information requested for both parents under Family Details.
Click next tab to complete Personal Details of Child 1.
Click on Finalise and submit the application
Click on Confirm and submit application.

At this point your application is still in progress/incomplete because we require supporting documents from you.
