SANI2C
We are very proud of Mrs Judith Grove in our Phys. Ed Department as she completed the Sani2C race. This has been described as one of the most exciting mountain biking events - and certainly not for the faint hearted- ever to be staged! See riders race off the foothills of the Southern Drakensberg over rolling hills and through deep verdant valleys to the beaches of the Indian Ocean at Sottburgh to cover 210 kms.
WEDDING BELLS
Nikki Hosking, from our Phys. Ed Department married Nicholas Kelbrick in November 2007. We wish them all the best for the future.

Mondi Epworth Adventure Challenge 2008

Over half term from 16 - 19 May, 2008 eight energetic, slightly apprehensive, but very excited St John's girls took part in the annual Mondi Epworth Adventure Challenge. Of the three teams, two achieved first place and one team 3rd place. This was an amazing achievement for our school. The Senior Team photographed here consisted of Kate Symons, Lizelle Wessels and Ashton Botes won their section by 11 minutes and the Junior Team, also photographed here, consisted of Andrea De Boer, Amy Kamhoot and Robyn Trollip also achieved first place in their section. Jessica Wolhuter and Carmen Leisegang came third in the Senior Section.
